A Pfizer COVID-19 booster shot will be available on a drive-up basis at Texas A&M University-Commerce this week.

• Texas A&M University-Commerce will host a Pfizer COVID-19 booster shot clinic at Smith Hall on Wednesday and Thursday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Fannin County commissioners are considering the construction of an electrical power storage station near Savoy.
• The Greenville animal shelter will be closed Saturdays, with new weekday hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• The A&M-Commerce Lions are joining the Southland Conference and the NCAA Division I Football Championship Series.
