Luke shares a simple tamale recipe in this episode

In today's show Luke gives some tips that greatly simplify making tamales. Rather than steam them, Luke puts them in a covered container in the oven and bakes them for a couple hours which saves a lot of time and effort. Luke also gives an update on deer hunting here in northeast Texas. It's trophy blue catfish season and Tawakoni is red hot right now.
