FRISCO, Texas — The Southland Conference announced Wednesday the addition of veteran collegiate athletics administrator Chelsea Blakely as Deputy Commissioner for External Affairs and Senior Woman Administrator. Blakely officially began her duties with the Conference on Sept. 8.
