Sulphur Springs – Police have identified a suspect accused of fondling a 10 year old girl at the Sulphur Springs Wal-Mart last weekend. Police are looking for 40 year old Stanley Charles McGinnis of Mt. Pleasant, who was arrested for the same crime in August last year for an incident at the Paris Wal-Mart. A second-degree felony warrant for indecency with a child by contact has been issued, and police are urging the public to contact them with any information on the man's whereabouts.
