A trial in a Hunt County capital murder case has had the date reset

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – A trial in a Hunt County capital murder case has had the date reset. Trial for Tracy Danielle Alphin in the shooting death of Jason Herrington of Quinlan has been moved from October to January.

Alphin and David Earl Hickman have both been charged in the murder, and remain in jail in lieu of $1 million bond. Both were indicted last October for the murder of Herrington.
