Greenville – Three Tarrant County residents have been indicted on felony theft charges. Hillary Lynn Clark, David Eugene Marshall and Daniel Lee Patrick are alleged to have stolen from the Commerce Wal-Mart last summer.
All three suspects are also believed to have been involved a shoplifting ring targeting Wal-Mart stores across North Texas.
The charges for each suspect include engaging in organized retail activity and organized retail theft.
