Greenville – Tony Raylynn Clark entered guilty pleas Thursday to two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Clark was sentenced to 10 years on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. He is to spend at least five years in prison before being eligible for parole.
The shooting occurred on March 27 when Clark, who was walking at the time, is said to have fired upon a vehicle carrying two people at the intersection of Bois d Arc and Hemphill Streets in Greenville.
