Greenville – Local residents get another chance next month to view and become engaged in plans for the economic development of a western section of Greenville.
The April 28 meeting of the Small Area Plan will take place at the Fletcher Warren Civic Center, and outline the development between Greenville and Caddo Mills. The plan may also include a giant Municipal Utility District that would cover thousands of acres.
Officials are to discuss preliminary land uses and transportation strategies for the region.
