Sulphur Springs – Sulphur Springs High School Principal John McCullough has been named the lone finalist for the superintendent's post at Sulphur Bluff ISD.
The Sulphur Springs News Telegram reports McCullough will take over at Sulphur Bluff on June 21. He'll replace Robin Ross, who resigned after three years in the position to accept the same job in Mansfield, Ark.
According to the newspaper, McCullough has worked as an educator for 17 years, 11 of those with Sulphur Springs ISD. He's served as principal there since 2007.
