Tom Hanks and Emma Thompson bring Walt Disney and the story of one of his most successful movies to life in Saving Mr. Banks.
The movie is directed by John Lee Hancock, who also directed The Blind Side, The Alamo and The Rookie, and written by Kelly Marcel and Sue Smith. Hanks plays Disney and Thompson takes on the role of P. L. Travers, the author of Mary Poppins.
