Vendor peddling wares in Antigua, Guatemala

Mary Clark's family has a long tradition of volunteerism with the Peace Corps, a service organization which sends Americans abroad to assist with the pressing needs of people around the world.

Mary describes the long standing benefits her family has received from their dedication to the Peace Corps in places such as Ecuador, Honduras, and Ukraine.

A transcript, and additional photos, are available at the Mary Clark Traveler Blog. More about the Peace Corps can be found via their website.

Mary Clark Traveler can be heard Tuesday afternoons at 4:50 or 5:50 during All Things Considered on KETR.
