Appeals court to hear arguments in murder case

GREENVILLE - A murder appeal is set to be heard next week for a Greenville man, convicted in 2010.

Joshua William Lay was found guilty for the shooting death of Darrell Wayne Feggett and sentenced to 30 years in prison.

On December 9, the 6thCourt of Appeals in Texarkana will hear arguments in the case.

Feggett was shot several times on the morning of August 27, 2009 at an apartment complex. The two were reportedly arguing over money.
