Civil Judgment on Burning Man

A $150 billion civil judgment gives a Texas family hope that criminal charges will be brought against a man accused of setting a boy on fire. Robbie Middleton died of a rare skin cancer last year that attorneys argue was related to burns suffered on his eighth birthday. Middleton survived for 12 years after the incident. Lawyer Craig Sico and Middleton’s family say they likely won’t see any money from the judgment.
