GREENVILLE - For the second time in about a week, a majority vote has been received expressing the council’s desire to settle the lawsuit between the two sides. But the decision was not unanimous.
Council member Jeff Dailey voted against the resolution, as he did last week.
The approved resolution took exception to Dailey’s criticisms of the previous vote, which were aired in a letter to the editor in Sunday’s edition of the Herald-Banner.
