GREENVILLE - A ten year prison sentence is issued for a Royse City man who attempted to evade officers during in a 2010 high speed chase.
As part of a plea deal, Bradley Keith Nix pleaded guilty to both evading arrest and possession of a controlled substance. His criminal record includes eight previous felony convictions.
Nix allegedly stole a vehicle two years ago and led authorities on a chase that began south of Quinlan. The chase ended in the Community of Cash when the vehicle Nix was driving entered a pasture of very high grass and became stuck.
