GREENVILLE - A Florida man has reportedly agreed to plead guilty to a series of North Texas armed robberies after waiving a jury trial Wednesday.
A hearing has been scheduled for March 12 concerning the possible guilty pleas from Nicholas Alan Campbell.
The suspect, along with Commerce resident Cody Robert Morris, each face three counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, all in Greenville last fall. The pair has also been indicted in a fourth armed holdup in Rockwall County.
Morris has not indicated plans to enter guilty pleas.
