Back-to-back life sentences sought in Monday sentencing

GREENVILLE - A Hunt County man convicted on two counts of sexually molesting a child faces sentencing today.

Back-to-back life sentences are sought by prosecutors in the case of Michael Charles Hill. He was convicted Thursday of sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child by sexual contact.

Hunt County First Assistant District Attorney Kelly Akin is asking Hill serve the sentences consecutively, rather than concurrently.

Hill was indicted on the charges in spring 2010.
