City of Greenville is starting the search for a new city planner. City Planner Lance Estep has submitted his resignation effective November 2nd.
Estep has accepted the Planning Manager position with the city of Rockwall.
Estep, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, and Economics and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, joined the city of Greenville in August 2009.
This past summer Estep was presented a certificate of achievement for planning excellence, which the city of Greenville received from the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association.
Search for a new city planner is expected to begin soon.
