Joshua Bartlett is facing trial for a automobile crash Nov. 10 that killed two people and injured five others, according to a report by KXII-TV.
A grand jury indicted Bartlett Feb. 25 for manslaughter and aggravated assault, the report said.
Bartlett was driving a small red hatchback with six passengers when it crashed in a single-car accident, the police report said. Only one person in the vehicle was wearing a seat belt, it said.
Bartlett was speeding at the time of the crash, police said.
