Questions remain on YMCA project; Greenville property taxes may see sizable increase

Herald Banner and Commerce Journal editor Caleb Slinkard says, while the Greenville City Council has decided to go forward with the construction of the YMCA/events center, many questions remain about the project.  And Caleb says that project and a street-improvement undertaking may cause property taxes to increase considerably.  Also discussed is the status of the legal proceedings against the Commerce Humane Association and the Frank Barchard Animal Shelter.
