Valentines united on Celebration Plaza downtown Sulphur Springs for the Kiss it to Cancer event benefiting Relay for Life of Hopkins County and the American Cancer Society. Couples were wed while others reunited their vows with Hopkins County Judge Robert Newsom officiating the services. Josh Wilburn welcomed guests to enjoy the fortune teller, silent auctions, games and love grams.
The evening began with a Mardi Gras parade including the Sulphur Springs Downtown Business Alliance trolley. Muddy Jake’s Sports Grille and Pub hosted a Muddy Gras crawfish boil and street party to wrap up Friday the 13th.
