Boat docks open at Cooper Lake; new cotton gin coming to Delta County

Cooper Review editor Cindy Roller says water levels at Cooper Lake have risen dramatically recently, and the boat docks are now open and accessible.  Cindy says the lake is still about six feet low, but that's a big improvement from 12 feet low at one point.  And Cindy reports that a new cotton gin will be built at Lake Creek in Delta County.
