Cooper Lake is full; Beer & wine election Saturday in Delta County

Cooper Review editor Cindy Roller says Cooper Lake is full for the first time since 2010, after the recent rains.  And Delta County voters will decide the fate of off-premise beer and wine sales in an election Saturday, May 9.  Early voting in the election ends Tuesday.
