The SPCA of Texas seized 20 horses from a Dallas County equine boarding facility Thursday.
According to the SPCA, most of the horses were living in pens without access to food, water, or shelter. One was simply tied to a tree. Along with one dead horse found on the property, officials took two horses in for immediate treatment. One needed to be euthanized.
