NE Texas Children's Museum Has Had Busy Spring

Sharline Freeman, the director of the Northeast Texas Children's Museum in Commerce, says the museum has had about 1,000 visitors per week since March, with groups coming from as far away as Hugo, Okla.  Sharline says the museum may draw 35,000 visitors this year.  The Children's Museum is preparing for a move to a a building on Highway 11 on the east side of Commerce in the fall.  The "Summer Adventure Kickoff" is scheduled for Friday, June 7.
