Rain or shine, activities coming up this weekend at Cooper Lake State Park

Events begin Friday evening with the "Creatures of the Night" walk at 8 p.m. at the South Sulphur Unit.

Cooper Lake State Park superintendent Steve Killian discusses Labor Day weekend events at both the South Sulphur and Doctors Creek units of the park. Highlights include the "Skins and Skulls" and "Wildlife Detectives" programs, which will be offered at both units of the park Saturday, and an outdoor photography class Sunday, also to be presented at both the South Sulphur and Doctor's Creek units.
