March Is National Nutrition Month: 'Savor The Flavor'

Sally Rhodes, registered dietician with the Hunt Regional Health Care system, says March is National Nutrition Month.  The theme this year is "Savor the Flavor of Eating Right."  The emphasis is on mindful eating, savoring the flavor and texture of food, and taking your time to fully enjoy it.  It is possible to schedule a visit with Sally and other nutritionists at the Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, and to create a healthy eating plan.
