Wolfe City – A dedication ceremony is set for Sunday for the new Sidney Wasson Multipurpose Center at Wolfe City Elementary school.
The public is invited to attend the event, which is scheduled for 2 p.m. that afternoon.
The former superintendent Wasson served the district from 1947 to 1986.
The more than 11,000 square-foot facility features a cafeteria, gymnasium and stage. It broke ground last summer, during which time several other improvements were made to Wolfe City ISD's elementary and middle school campuses.
