Paris – The missing Paris girl who first reported abducted, then said to have run away, has been located.
15-year-old Stephanie Phillips was the subject of an intensive search and investigation. She was taken into custody Wednesday following a brief foot chase by Paris police.
Initial reports indicated Phillips may have left the area with an unknown older man, but an investigation revealed she was a runaway. Police still wanted to find her due to the dangers of being a runaway.
