Dr. Sara Collini - History of the Declaration of Independence

Join us as we celebrate the 250th Anniversary with a presentation by Dr. Sara Collini titled "We Hold These Truths to be Self-Evident: The History & Legacy of the Declaration of Independence." This program will talk about the history of the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and consider its revolutionary legacies in American life. Dr. Collini is an Asst. Professor of History at the University of Texas at Arlington where she researches and teaches about early American history, digital history and public history.
