• Event time is noon-4 p.m. (general public is invited to attend from noon-2 p.m.)

• General public welcome to eclipse viewing. Students, faculty & Staff invited to post-eclipse party.

• General public will enter and sit on the west (home) side of stadium while university community enters on east (visitors) side. Those entering on east side will need to show Lion Card for entry and will receive a wristband/some other identifier.

• Food trucks available on east side only (in lot 2.) Students will receive a voucher for one free item at food trucks. Faculty/staff will not receive a voucher and need to pay to use the food trucks.

• Concessions will be available inside the stadium on both sides. Will accept only cards (cashless)

• Free eclipse glasses available to anyone while supplies last.

• No bags/purses of any kind allowed in the stadium during the event.

• No pets allowed except for registered service animals marked with the appropriate vest/harness.

• No outside food or drink allowed in the stadium.

• Parking will be available for the general public across the highway by Smith and Berry halls. Shuttles will run from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. to take people from Smith/Berry to the west entrance of the stadium and vice versa. Accessible parking for people with proper permits will be available on the service road in front of the west entrance. Service road parking will only be available to those with a handicap sticker/pass and will otherwise be closed to normal traffic.

• After eclipse, university community invited to silent headphone disco in Lot 2 outside of the visitor’s side from 2-4 p.m. Only those with wristbands will be allowed in lot 2.

• There is no alternate location in case of lightning/rain. The event will be cancelled in the event of severe weather.

Also, the total eclipse should arrive right after 1:40 p.m. on the day of. There will be some fun demonstrations and announcements throughout the buildup and there is supposed to be a live feed of the eclipse being shown on the big screen at the stadium during the event so you can see it happen leading up to totality.
