2023 is the 2nd Annual Fannin Walk 4 Hope. The Fannin Walk 4 Hope is a 2.5 mile walk around the beautiful Legacy Ridge golf course. All funds benefit the Fannin Behavioral Health Leadership Team, which sponsors and promotes mental health and suicide prevention programs in Fannin County.

The event began in 2016 as an Out of the Darkness walk benefitting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. In 2022, the even was renamed the Fannin Walk 4 Hope to allow all proceeds to remain locally to benefit area residents. The event has raised $109,000 since it inception.
