Dre C is a rising star in the hip-hop world and has released several mixtapes, depicting his life of being a young father, life in the Pacific Northwest, any other motivation in his environment to create an unique sound. The 23 year-old Portland, Ore., native recently released his third mixtape in 2 years, Underrated But Dedicated, and is taking the West Coast by storm.
