Since Moving to Austin in 2007, Massachusetts native Tim Crane constructed the outstanding ensemble T Bird and The Breaks, whose sound encompasses hip-hop, rock, soul, and plenty of funk.

Their brand new "Harmonizm" release encompasses all the elements the band reveres: funky bass lines, a blasting horn section, and sultry female backup singers. Tim Crane checked in from Austin recently for a chat with Notably Texan.

The debut video from the new record was "Justine"

The latest music video for "Harmonizm," shot on location in Austin at The High Ball.
