AD Ivey says A&M-C could join Division 1 someday

Texas A&M University-Commerce athletic director Ryan Ivey says the NCAA proposal to allow the "Power 5" conferences (Big 12, Big 10, PAC 12, Southeast and ACC) more autonomy would be a good move.  And he says he can imagine A&M-Commerce someday moving up to Division 1.
