Cindy Roller of the Cooper Review and Kathy Houchins, president of the Delta County Chamber of Commerce, discuss plans for the Delta County Fair, which takes place Saturday in the City Park in Cooper.  The fair features live music Saturday evening in the park starting at 5 p.m. with the Wide Open Band and the Monte Tipps Band.
