Are PCs And Laptops Fading?

Our personal technology commentator, Jeremy Gamez, reflects on a story that the sales of personal computers (PCs) and laptops have been falling since 2012 and continued to fall in 2016.  More and more, the smart phone and other devices are taking away from our use of PCs and laptops.  Jeremy is business technical analyst with the Texas A&M University-Commerce provost's office.
