Dr. McCreary: Late Life Decisions For Pets Depend On Quality Of Life

Dr. Karri McCreary, co-owner of the Greenville Animal Hospital, says decisions concerning health care for older pets should be made depending on the potential for the animal's quality of life at that time and in the future. She says animals live in the moment and are not able to understand the concept of being healthier weeks or months from now.
