'Bois D'Arc Christmas' Is Saturday In Commerce; LED Message Signs Going Up

Commerce Chamber of Commerce manager Paul Voss relates plans for the "Bois D'Arc Christmas" celebration taking place in Commerce on Saturday.  Christmas-themed events will be taking place in downtown Commerce starting at 10 a.m. with a parade at 6.  Other Christmas-oriented events taking place Saturday in Commerce include "Brunch with Santa" at the Northeast Texas Children's Museum starting at 9:30; the "Merry Marketplace" for missions at the First United Methodist Church from 10-2; and an open house at the Commerce Public Library from 5-6 p.m.  Paul also briefly discusses the long-awaited LED message signs that are being installed at the City Park and at the entrance to the Magnusson Hotel.  A third sign will be installed at a location yet to be announced.
