Derek Price with Hunt County Public Art says the organization has approved a new mural for the L.P. Waters Early Childhood Center on West Lee Street in Greenville, and has tentatively approved a project for Commerce pending the approval of the Commerce City Council. The L.P. Waters project is a mural titled "The Sky's the Limit" by artist Elisa Lane. On a related note, Derek says the Greenville City Council has rescinded a moratorium on downtown art projects.
