Retirement Greets Longtime City Employee

New Cooper City Foreman Will Anderton and City of Cooper Mayor Darren Braddy showed their appreciation to longtime City Foreman James Jarrell at his recent retirement reception  held at City Hall.

He has dedicated 33 years of service to Cooper as well as volunteering his time to the Delta County Chamber of Commerce. Both the City and County expressed their gratitude to Jarrell for the long hours of dedication he has given in service.
