The director of Community Seeds in Lone Oak, Bert Cooper, says the charitable organization should be ready to open its incubator kitchen and "country store" in downtown Lone Oak by the end of August. The incubator kitchen will allow individuals to legally prepare food products for sale. The kitchen and store will be in one of the oldest buildings in East Texas, built in 1849.
