Teachers' Supply Closet Is A Christmas Beneficiary; FISH Needs Turkeys

Pud Kearns with Housewarmers of Greenville shares information about the Greenville ISD teachers' supply closet, which receives donations of classroom supplies.  CC and Company, a retail  store in the Uptown Forum in downtown Greenville, is accepting donations of supplies and cash.  Also, Hunt County Shared Ministries (FISH) is in need of volunteers to put together Christmas food baskets at 5:30 p.m. this evening (Wednesday, December 18) and Thursday evening (December 19) at its headquarters on King Street south of downtown.  Also, FISH needs donations of turkeys for the baskets.

John Mark Dempsey is the host of the public interest program The Blacklands Café from KETR News. Dempsey is also the play-by-play announcer for Commerce Tigers Football on 88.9 FM and on ketr.org.
