Sharline Freeman, director of the Northeast Texas Children's Museum in Commerce, says a chance occurrence when the lights went out at the museum inspired "Spooky Night," from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 23). Children will use flashlights to engage in various glow-in-the-dark activities.
