A&M Agrilife Tips For Surviving Frigid, Icy Weather

Texas A&M Agrilife

Rains County Extension Agent Sarah Latham relates tips provided by Texas A&M Agrilife for managing the extremely cold and icy weather we're expecting starting Wednesday night into early Thursday. Among the suggestions are leaving faucets dripping for pipes on the outside wall of a house, leaving the cabinets open, and putting styrofoam covers over outdoor faucets. Also, taking care of outside pets with shelter, insulating materials and water.
