The Texas duo of Josh Glenn and Jimmy Willden, known by their stage name Yosh and Yimmy, create a cool take on Americana on their latest Three Rivers release. The pair have been making music together since 2016, and they are hitting their stride with vocal harmonies, creative songwriting, and an eclectic ride on their first full-length album. Matt Meinke spoke with Josh Glenn to find out more about how the two create their songs, the impetus of the Yosh and Yimmy moniker, and their experience working with producer Mason Shirley in this interview which originally aired Oct. 28 on Notably Texan.

More about the duo at their website. Listen to Notably Texan weekdays from 11am-2pm on KETR.
