Hunt County WWI Dead To Be Honored Saturday 100 Years After War's End

Carol Taylor, the chairman of the Hunt County Historical Commission, says an event honoring the men from Hunt County who gave their lives in World War I will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday (November 10)on the north lawn of the Hunt County Courthouse.  A monument there contains the names of each person from the county killed in the war.  Sunday, November 11 will mark the 100th anniversary of the armistice ending World War I.
