Campbell ISD forced to cancel classes

By Scott Harvey

Campbell – An unusual amount of student illness at Campbell ISD is forcing administrators to cancel classes for the next two days.

According to High School Principal Earnie Phelps, nearly 20 percent of students missed classes Monday with what's believed to be flu-like symptoms.

Classes at all grade levels will be cancelled both Tuesday and Wednesday, with normal activities to resume Thursday.

Administrators are advising all students to wash their hands thoroughly and cough and/or sneeze into the crook of your arm to prevent the spread of germs.
