Colombia-U.S. relations worsen in dispute over 'drug boats'

Here & Now‘s Peter O’Dowd speaks with Colombia expert Sergio Guzman about how a war of words between President Trump and Colombian President Gustavo Petro has worsened diplomatic relations.

The two men don’t see eye to eye on many things, most lately a U.S. missile strike on a boat off of Venezuela, which killed a Colombian fisherman.
