Hunt Regional Healthcare System registered nutritionist Sally Rhodes offers some advice for enjoying the Christmas holidays. Sally says it's fine to enjoy the good food, but try to limit yourself to one plate at a holiday event, and in general, be careful of portion sizes. She says also be sure to have breakfast and other regular meals, so that you don't arrive hungry at a party. And Sally says if you're on an exercise program, keep exercising.
